Controller – Growing Engineering Firm

$100,000 - $120,000 bonus

The company continues to expand through acquisitions, and this role will play a key part in managing the accounting for newly acquired businesses.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the firm’s daily financial functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounting operations
- Lead financial reporting, ensuring timely and insightful analysis for leadership
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting to support business growth and operational strategies
- Develop and implement pro-forma financial models to evaluate new acquisitions and business opportunities
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic financial planning and decision-making
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably within construction, real estate, or a related industry
- Strong strategic mindset with experience in pro-forma financial modeling and acquisition accounting
- Proven leadership in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- CPA preferred
