What You’ll Do:
- Analyze and manage cost accounting processes, including inventory valuation and cost variance analysis
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting related to manufacturing costs
- Work closely with plant teams and leadership to support cost controls and efficiencies
- Conduct cost analysis to drive strategic decision-making
- Participate in inventory audits and ensure accurate financial data
What You’ll Bring:
- 2 years of hands-on cost accounting and inventory experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
