Key Responsibilities:
As the FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for various assets. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Financial Planning & Consolidation: Lead the coordination, consolidation, and analysis of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range financial outlooks
- Strategic Financial Analysis: Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and support business growth
- Joint Venture Reporting: Oversee financial reporting and analysis related to joint ventures and partnerships
- Advanced Financial Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel skills to develop financial models, assess business performance, and improve forecasting accuracy
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and senior leadership to ensure financial alignment and strategic decision-making
Qualifications & Experience:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling, preferably in the oil and gas sector
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
- Experience with joint venture reporting is a plus
