As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, working closely with leadership to enhance data-driven decision-making. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of public accounting experience who wants to leverage their expertise in a collaborative, innovative, and fun work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing key financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including variance analysis and reconciliations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, FP&A, and Operations, to streamline reporting processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial reporting standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in financial reporting
• Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed by leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of public accounting experience (Big 4 or large regional firm preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling experience preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
