We're seeking a seasoned IT leader to spearhead our clients' finance and accounting technology initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving digital transformation, ensuring system reliability, and optimizing business processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Digital Transformation : Lead and execute strategic projects to modernize our finance and accounting systems, leveraging SaaS and on-premises solutions.
- Team Leadership : Manage and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- System Management : Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of critical finance and accounting applications, including Oracle ERP.
- Process Optimization : Analyze and streamline business processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Governance and Compliance : Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security.
- Project Management : Successfully deliver complex IT projects on time and within budget, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
