Position Responsibilities:
- Take calls from customers and schedule appointments for technicians.
- Develop quotes for repairs.
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
Position Requirements:
- The ability to work from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm CST.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Able to speak with individuals at all levels.
- Able to organize and prioritize workload.
- A mechanical aptitude.
- Degree is strongly preferred.
