Summary:
As a System Administrator (Tier 3, you will provide expert-level support to clients, resolving technical issues both on-site and remotely. Your role will contribute to the growth and efficiency of our business by delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide secondary support for help desk calls, resolving client issues efficiently and documenting all activities.
- On-Site Support: Conduct service visits to client locations as needed.
- Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the business through technical expertise.
- Administrative Tasks: Ensure accurate timekeeping, assist with client complaints and follow-up, maintain client files, and provide administrative support.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and storage environments. Possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of industry experience with 5 years in a similar role.
- Proven experience in creating and training on technical documentation.
- Advanced certifications such as CCNP, CCDE, MCSE, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or DevOps Engineer.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
