Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in managing large-scale construction projects with budgets exceeding multiple millions annually.
• Proven track record of successfully managing all phases of construction, including planning, execution, and close-out.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive cost estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project schedules.
• Foster a culture of safety, leading by example and implementing measures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain open communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the construction process.
• Utilize industry-standard software, including Excel and Word, to manage project progress, timelines, and finances.
• Establish and maintain master progress schedules, incorporating key milestones, deadlines, and resource allocations.
• Ensure thorough understanding of general contracts and subcontract documents among project team members.
• Maintain quality control standards, conducting regular inspections and audits to guarantee project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Oversee administrative procedures, adhering to established policies and guidelines while ensuring seamless project operations.
• Train and mentor field and office staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of project goals among team members, ensuring collective alignment and commitment to objectives.
• Facilitate applications for payment, ensuring timely receipt and proper disbursement of funds.
• Provide regular progress updates to management, highlighting financial performance, owner-architect relations, and other key metrics.
