Panhandle Getaways is seeking a motivated and experienced Admin for our owner services department in Panama City Beach. Two years of admin experience preferably in vacation rentals/property management with strong preference for housekeeping and maintenance experience.
As the Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our Owner Services team, facilitating communication between departments, and managing work orders and scheduling. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and timely follow-up. You must be extremely organized and have experience in an administrative position.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekend work required
