What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Inspector - 30A position at Panhandle Getaways LLC?
Panhandle Getaways seeks a dependable housekeeping inspector for our 30A vacation rentals. Inspectors are responsible for inspecting condominiums, townhomes, and beach houses to ensure our high standard of cleanliness is achieved before after each guest stay.
This is a full-time, year-round position that will include some weekends and holidays. We offer a full slate of benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, PTO and paid holidays. We have offices throughout the 30A area including Prominence/The Hub, Seacrest, and Seagrove Beach.
Duties and Qualifications
- Inspecting various townhomes and beach houses to ensure cleanliness
- Running items to various rental units when needed
- Replenishing units with various items / coffee pots, irons, mops, etc.
- Touch-up cleaning if necessary
- High school or equivalent education preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in housekeeping inspecting, preferably in a vacation rental environment
