We are seeking a high-energy Human Resources Manager with experience in recruiting, onboarding, payroll administration, and benefits. Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, phone interviews, and candidate scheduling
- Oversee employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
- Administer payroll and employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Ensure compliance with programs for D&A and DOT Driver Qualification files
- Utilize HRIS system to track employee data, manage employee records, and generate reports
- Foster positive employee relations through open communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with changing employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization remains compliant and competitive

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or in a senior HR role
- Proficiency in HRIS system preferrably Paycom
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience with employee orientation programs
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interviewing and negotiation skills
- Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
- Strong understanding of employment labor law and regulations
- Certification in HR or a related field is preferred
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, in person
