We are searching for a polite, professional Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our practice and its current and potential patients. To be a successful Call Center Representative, you should be customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient. Being able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer concerns and inquiries, while maintaining a positive rapport and customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Dental Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for answering, screening and directing incoming and outgoing telephone calls or other communications using a call management system.
- Respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls while compassionately handling questions/concerns pertaining to dental appointments, or payments.
- Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information to understand the reason for customer’s call.
- Responds quickly and courteously to basic inquiries, or refers inquires to appropriate department or personnel.
- Building lasting and sustainable relationships with internal and external customers based on professionalism, reliability and integrity.
- Accurately and legibly documents within client records.
- Initiates and responds to faxes, emails and voicemails.
- Performs basic account activities.
- Follows up on customer and client inquiries.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- More education or experience may be preferred.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
- Strong time management and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability and accountability.
