Panhandle Services, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, in WV is looking for a Registered Nurse Admin- Field Supervisor at our Madison, WV location. They will be responsible for ensuring quality and home Care services are safely delivered within state and federal guidelines as they relate to Health Care Service Firms.

Position Spotlight...

• Schedule: FT – Monday through Friday 830a-5p
• Office: 1 Avenue C Building, # 109 Madison, WV 25130

• Salary Range: $60K - $65K based on previous Home Care Experience
• Sign on Bonus: 3K

You will...

• Bring happiness and peace of mind to the elderly and those with disabilities.
• Help provide safety, oversight, and supervision of clients to ensure their ability to continue to live at home.
• Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding client's physical and emotional condition.
• Complete annual and six-month assessments outlining the client's needs in the home.
• Complete updates to the plan of care as needed.
• Ensure highest client safety and well-being.
• Work with office staff to coordinate care and ensure paperwork is completed correctly.

We are excited to speak to someone with the following… 

• Current RN WV License
• 1 year professional experience as an RN in the United States Preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in Home Care Nursing Preferred
• Ability to prioritize workload in an appropriate manner.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Able to work in and create a team environment.
• Effective time management and scheduling skills with a certain amount of flexibility
