Responsibilities
- Be excellent at relationship building
- Develop quotes, make insurance presentations, close sales, and meet goals.
- Treat each customer contact as an opportunity to educate and advise them while shopping for renewals.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Contacting prospects and scheduling appointments by following leads generated from referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead databases.
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Must currently possess or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License. Licensing Assistance available (Will help the right person get licensed)
- No insurance experience is required but must be willing to learn
- Minimum 1 year of Sales Experience REQUIRED
- Tech-savvy and Knowledge of Agency Management System
- Ability to prioritize tasks, responsibilities, etc as needed
- Team player with a positive and driven attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
