What are the responsibilities and job description for the Back of House Team Member position at PANINI'S BAR AND GRILL?
Paninis in downtown Kent is currently hiring for multiple back of house positions. Positions include Dishwashers and line cooks. Positions can be full time or part time, pay depends upon experience.
Job tasks include:
Completes all opening prep work assigned per station assignment per shift. Responsible for complying to all restaurant policies and procedures outlined in employee handbook. Possess the ability to prepare all food items per specifaction book. The abilitly to cooperate well with others to create a positive team spirit. Has the ability to prepare all food items within the standard ticket time. Responsible to maintain a professional appearance through good hygiene and a proper clean uniform. Able to remain calm under pressure always treating guests and co-works with respect. Responsible for the cleanliness & stock levels of your station through out your entire shift. Possess the ability to offer a helping hand to co-workers as needed per availability. Can combine tasks to increase productivity. Has the basic understanding of par levels, kitchen safety, & proper food handling to prevent food borne illness. Can bend and lift up to 70 lbs. during shift. Is able to stand/walk continually for up to/and or exceeding 8 hours.
