We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Game Master. As a Game Master, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through immersive gameplay and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate game sessions and provide guidance to players
- Set up and reset game rooms to ensure a seamless experience for each group
- Monitor gameplay to ensure fair play and adherence to rules
- Engage with guests, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for players of all ages
- Handle transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of game rooms and common areas
- Maintain the Game puzzles and facility to the companies standards.
- Upsell merchandise and additional games for a generous monthly bonus.
Skills:
- Experience working with a variety of people or in an entertainment-focused role
- Strong conflict management skills to handle any issues that may arise during gameplay
- Events management experience to assist with organizing special events and parties
- Excellent public speaking skills to engage players and provide clear instructions
- Guest services experience in a hospitality or customer service setting
- Theater background or acting skills to enhance the immersive experience for players
- Computer, or IT experience,
- Handy man or electrical experience
- Must be self motivated, with reliable transportation.
