What Our Client Needs :
Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support and partner with multiple leads within the Customer Success Team. In this role, you will play a vital role in managing administrative tasks, organizing meetings, coordinating travel, and assisting with industry stakeholder support activities. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and provide a seamless experience for stakeholders.

You are an accomplished administrative support professional with a proven ability to handle multiple objectives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You have previously supported one or more executives and thrive in a collaborative work culture where priorities shift frequently. You are highly organized, proactive, and adept at finding clarity in complex situations while demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
What Youll Do :
- Provide calendar support for executives, ensuring scheduling priorities are met.
- Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Collect, review, and process expense reports for executives.
- Schedule and organize meetings and events, including room arrangements, equipment, and catering.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Manage the Industry Community Room website content and training programs.
- Coordinate office lunches and manage logistics for in-office events.
- Maintain professionalism and foster positive relationships among staff and stakeholders.
- Attend executive meetings to take accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes.
- Work closely with the Senior Customer Success Coordinator to prepare and distribute meeting summaries, action items, and reports.
- Manage Industry Initiative member needs, including onboarding, billing, and reporting.
- Support Executive Leadership Committee memberships and elections.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities and does not require travel.
