Our client is looking for a UX Designer to play a critical role in shaping the user experience of both consumer-facing and internal platforms. As part of a collaborative, small, and talented front-end design team, you will contribute to design strategies and ensure a seamless user experience while aligning with business goals.
Who You Are :
You are a self-motivated UX Designer with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. You thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and are enthusiastic about exploring new design methodologies and processes. You bring a strong portfolio showcasing your work on enterprise-level design projects and possess over four years of experience in UX design.
What Youll Do :
As a UX Designer, you will contribute to the development and execution of design strategies that align with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support design system development, and advocate for accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with the lead UX Designer to align design strategies with business goals and support seamless execution.
- Participate in cross-functional design meetings, contributing feedback and insights to enhance the overall design strategy.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Lucid Chart, Webflow, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Employ human-centered design methods, including discovery, research, whiteboarding sessions, and user testing, to advocate for the customer.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides using ZeroHeight, Figma, and Token Studio.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies and share knowledge with the team.
- Provide design insights and feedback to stakeholders during cross-functional design meetings.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities and does not require travel.
