Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and providing exceptional patient care in a chiropractic setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist chiropractor with patient care, including preparing treatment rooms and equipment
- Providing laser therapy, setting up patients on spinal decompression tables, electrical stimulation therapy, teaching exercises and other duties to support the doctors and senior staff
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms
- Provide administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing patient inquiries
You must be outgoing and friendly and have the ability to multi-task. Experience in customer service is preferred. Training will be provided. This is a great career opportunity with room for growth in the company.
Skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience as a receptionist or in a clinic is beneficial
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Knowledge of medical records management
- Strong front desk and administrative skills
- Understanding of chiropractic or medical office operations
