Today, most wildfires are detected by bystanders and reported via 911, meaning it can take hours to detect a fire, verify its exact location and size, and dispatch first responders. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team in North America. This role is ideal for a professional with more than 3-5 years of experience in field engineering, possessing a background in technical support, system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our service standards.

• Supervise installations, maintenance, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution both remotely and on-site
• Direct construction crews, electricians, and other third party service providers, both onsite and remotely
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of service operations and customer interactions.
• Manage service projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
• Ability to travel up to 66% of the time during contract timeframe

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience..
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a field service engineering role.
• Strong preference for experience in the telecommunications industry
• Strong technical skills in relevant technologies/equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel frequently within North America
• Ability to work in the field, including going up and down stairs and ladders.
