The Position :
Panorama Eyecare is embarking on a technology journey! We are seeking an ambitious, adaptable, and experienced Project Manager that enjoys building structured project plans, working on simultaneous projects, and has an exceptional knack for details and task execution.
As the Project Manager you will report to the Executive Vice President of Platform Operations and will partner closely with the Executive Leadership team to manage the design and implementation of several new technology platforms that enhance patient experience and supports the digital transformation of clinical operations. The Project Manager is responsible for establishing and executing project plans using known project management methodologies leveraging the use of gap analysis, defining scope and resource needs, partnering with technology vendors, and change leadership.
Responsibilities :
- Assumes primary responsibility for project leadership and for facilitating completion and communication on all project deliverables, including project timelines and milestones, status reporting, resource plans, and phase-driven schedules across all Panorama locations.
- Develops project plans, task dependencies, schedules, and critical path analysis. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects and provides quality assurance checks throughout project timeline.
- Provides regular, professional, and appropriate communications to project team members, and senior leadership. Proactively identify, track, and resolve issues, risks and dependencies associated with projects managed, and communicate risks and issues to the project team and senior leadership. Identify and implement issue resolutions. Lead risk management identification and mitigation plans.
- Possess and demonstrates knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, facilitation skills, and change management techniques.
- Responsible for partnering with organizational leaders to define and design operational and / or policy-based solutions that support technology, define comprehensive change management strategies, managing the implementation and integration with operational departments, and establishing metrics of long-term project success.
- Assists with creating system roadmaps, SOPs, and related training. Provides onsite support during pilots and go-live.
- Assists with creation of data models, mapping of interface elements, and system testing.
- Responsible for managing, planning and implementation of technology solutions, including requirements definition, system design, testing, deployment, training, and communication to align with organization needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
