Position Summary
Panorama Global seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Project & Content Manager to join our External Affairs Team. This hybrid role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong project management expertise and a passion for creating engaging digital content. The candidate will execute various projects, manage content updates across our web platforms, and create email marketing campaigns to enhance our brand’s visibility and impact.

Reporting to the Creative Services Lead, the successful candidate will possess a strong project management skillset, excellent writing and editing abilities, and experience using content management systems.
This exempt, full time position reports to the Creative Services Lead. This role is hybrid for Seattle-based candidates and fully remote within the U.S. for those outside Seattle.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Project Management & Cross –Team Collaboration
Support the External Affairs Team in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, to ensure timely completion.
Organize and facilitate project and team meetings and provide project status updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate project resources and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana) to track progress and ensure efficiency.
Work closely with internal teams including programs, partnerships, and operations to streamline workflows and ensure project objectives are met.
Content Management
Maintain, edit, and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content editing, and performance tracking.
Collaborate across teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand voice in all digital communications.
Organizational Engagement & Participation

As needed, provide timely inputs for co-design and development of initiatives, proposals, briefings/debriefs, reports, and knowledge sharing efforts.
Provide required timely and accurate recording of data and other information via Harvest, Salesforce, Lattice, SharePoint, and Certify.
Participate in Learning & Development opportunities, including First Friday Learning sessions and other training sessions.
Typical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience; an advanced degree without experience or a combination of education and experience.
Previous experience or demonstrated interest in the field of Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields – particularly within the nonprofit space
Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and work independently
Ability to prioritize and handle simultaneous assignments while adapting to changing deadlines, priorities, and workflow with success and accuracy
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrable interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a collaborative environment
Ability to work in fast-paced environment, prioritize workflow and balance the needs of multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Demonstrated experience in content creation, editing, and publishing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Experience using content management systems (e.g., Wagtail, WordPress).
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Emma).
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Photoshop) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
The starting salary for this role is between $58,000 and $66,500, which represents the minimum to the mid-point of the salary band for this position. When determining an initial offer, we carefully consider these factors: candidate skill and experience; room for growth within the band; and internal equity across the team.
