Description:
The Mountain Outfitter’s Coffee Shop Clerk is responsible for food & beverage & rental equipment payments. Our number one goal is to create and maintain a WOW experience for every guest that enters the store.
Essential Functions:
Continually strive to exceed guests’ expectations.
Preparation and dispensing of a wide variety of products, including soups, pastries, specialty coffees, beer & souvenirs etc.
Provide immediate response to product and service shortfalls.
Delivery of quality products on a consistent basis
Responsible for opening & closing duties related to store operation.
Operate a computer POS system and all related procedures.
Perform daily operational routines and all related procedures (merchandising, restocking, cleanliness, check list, etc.)
Maintain store inventory and all related paperwork, including ordering & receiving – maintaining stock & product rotation.
Adhere to all security procedures involving cash handling, theft, liability, and premises.
Must be able to work unsupervised for long periods.
Demonstrate knowledge of all Panorama products and services.
Learn and demonstrate knowledge of sales training and related steps.
Experience/Requirements:
Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic towards Guests and peers
High School
Previous food & beverage or retail experience / Serving it Right Certificate.
Previous cash handling experience
Knowledgeable with various POS systems & Computer systems
Working on your feet in the store for long periods of time
Salary : $19
