Fellows are encouraged to apply.    Hiring Package:  $275,000 starting salary  Up to 25,000 sign-on bonus  4 weeks PTO 1 week CME annually No buy-in practice partnership opportunity after two years    Schedule/Practice Details:  1:6 weekend call (Fri, Sat, Sun call coverage) 4-day workweeks: each physician is expected to fill 25 daily slots/100 weekly [new patients = 2 slots, follow-up patients = 1 slot] with a cap of 5 new patients per day 7 tenured physician practice w/ 8 APPs  APPs: 2 hospital-based, 2 PT weekends only; 4 office based  Two team approach – Team A and Team B – Team A covers clinic one week, while Team B covers hospital, then they switch every week  All profits are equally allocated (based on individual FTE) amongst partners and medical directors accordingly  Immediate patient base for new providers Florida Kidney Physicians – Space Coast is the only nephrology practice covering entire southside of county 3 physicians and 2 APPs cover 7 hospitals – census typically 3-5 pts at most of hospitals with ~85% at the main large hospital; total census 80-100/day ~22% of patients on home dialysis    At Florida Kidney Physicians we value collaboration, professional growth, and patient-centered care.
