NTKDA is excited to add three nephrologists to their team for retirement successions.     Hiring Package Details:  Competitive base salary Comprehensive benefits, including 401k with 3% employer contribution  $2,500 CME annual allowance  Relocation allowance negotiable  4 weeks PTO (increases to 6 weeks at year 3)  Quarterly bonus opportunities, starting at day 1  Partnership track with no buy in/out ~ 2 years; paid out quarterly to all partners, regardless of tenure  Additional pay opportunity for internal locums    Schedule Details:  Create your own schedule, prioritizing patient care completion  Pod model - 3-4 physicians per pod to minimize travel throughout DFW area  1:4 or 1:3 weekend call (dependent upon your pod)  Typical week consists of: 1/2 day clinics, 2-4 dialysis shifts, cover assigned hospital  Immediate patient base Practice Details:   One of the largest nephrology practices in Dallas area  Provides support and mentorship to new nephrologists  Office locations are in safe, affordable, diverse, growing suburbs  Ideal Candidate:  Motivated, compassionate physician  BC/BE in nephrology  Full medical license in Texas     H-1B employment sponsorship available.
