Hiring Package Details:
$250,000 starting salary
Sign on bonus available
No buy-in practice partnership opportunity after two years
Dialysis facility ownership for partners
6 weeks PTO, including CME
Schedule/Practice Details:
Call coverage every 5th weekend, with two physicians on call
Weekly rotations of patient care - main office, satellite office, and hospital with dialysis rounds built in
800 ESRD patients
Large CKD base
No internal medicine
No admissions
No procedures
Cover 10 counties in Illinois and Wisconsin, including ten hospitals
16 dialysis centers
Ideal Candidate:
BC/BE in nephrology
Interested in a long-term commitment to the practice and community
Hard-working with excellent clinical skills
Personable, approachable, and ethical
