The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance is responsible for supporting the development of annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and variance analysis to drive executive decision-making and strategic planning across the organization. This cross-functional role partners closely with the Practice FP&A team for monthly reporting and budgeting.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support Director of Finance in the annual budgeting process and long-term model
Prepare materials for monthly operating reporting activities, budget vs. actuals review, and business-leader discussions
Build and maintain complex financial models that support organization-wide strategic planning, including across multiple business units and departments, and to evaluate new business opportunities
Review monthly financial statements and management reports for leadership and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal models
Manage and update cash flow models, articulating drivers of actuals versus variance
Prepare materials for board of directors and senior management meetings
Develop and track KPIs related to operational efficiency, clinical outcomes, and financial performance to drive improvements across departments and business lines
Ad hoc support for financial due diligence, modeling, and valuation for M&A, and other corporate development and growth initiatives
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested

Education/Training and Certification, Licensure, Registration Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting required.
Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field or CPA highly preferred.
Experience
2-4 years’ work experience in financial analysis, financial due diligence, Corporate Development, FP&A, Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity
Broad accounting and financial analytics experience in growth-oriented environments
