We are looking for a detail-oriented Corporate Technical Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure our products and processes comply with all necessary regulations while helping to drive continuous improvement within our technical and quality operations.
Essential Functions:
- Documentation Review: Review technical documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Label Compliance: Ensure labels meet 21 CFR 101 and other relevant regulations.
- Product Documentation: Prepare and manage finished product specification sheets.
- Inspections: Conduct onsite and offsite inspections as needed.
- Regulatory Research: Conduct research using reliable technical sources to stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Special Projects: Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing our quality processes.
- Travel: Limited travel may be required.
Key Projects:
- FSMA Biennial Registrations
- Non-GMO Project Renewals
- Kosher Certification Maintenance
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Nutrition, Public Health, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical services, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication, analytical, and technical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; proficient in Word and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications (a huge plus):
- Experience with TraceGains.
- HACCP and PCQI certifications.
- Familiarity with HACCP, FSMA, and Esha Genesis.
- Proficiency in TraceGains or other document management systems.
- Experience with third-party certification programs (e.g., Organic, Non-GMO, Kosher).
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish/Italian/Mandarin) is a plus.

**If close to Rochelle Park, NJ, this position would be hybrid in our corporate office a couple of days per week. Otherwise, we are open to remote for the right skill set!**
