Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Executive Assistant supports the Executive suite and acts as the administrative manager for the Company’s headquarters office. The Executive Assistant serves as intermediary between executive leadership and key stakeholders, such as employees, clients, and regulatory authorities. Please note that this position is a full-time in-office position.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain executive calendars, including travel booking
- Schedule and facilitate executive meetings
- Prepare presentations for internal and external audiences
- Ensure proper on-boarding of new hires in headquarters office
- Receive visitors in headquarters office
- Maintain proper office supply inventory
- Conduct market and legislative research as appropriate
- Direct press inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelors’ degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience interfacing with clients, legislators, and/or media
- Project management experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong aptitude for learning new technologies
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Desire to learn and grow
- Familiarity with education policy preferred
- Notary public license preferred
