POSITION OVERVIEW :
The FP&A Manager, International Business Segment and Corporate Overhead combines strategic leadership in business analysis with the operational focus of finance transformation. This person drives insights and innovations that enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and align financial operations with organizational goals. This person will be critical in managing expense performance, providing decision support, delivering strategic financial insights, and supporting the International Business Segment.
SPECIFIC DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis :
- Develop and lead advanced analytics initiatives to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Create and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to deliver actionable insights for leadership.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans for the Company-wide expense base and the International Business Segment.
