Job Summary :
An Adobe Workfront engineering would need to be savy in configuring, implementing, and managing the Adobe Workfront platform within our organization, which includes designing custom workflows, forms, and approval processes to streamline project management, task tracking, and resource allocation across teams, while also providing user training and support to ensure optimal platform adoption; essentially acting as a technical expert to optimize business operations using the Workfront system.
Key responsibilities may include :
Implementation and configuration :
Setting up Workfront according to specific business needs, creating custom forms, fields, and templates, defining project structures, and configuring approval workflows.
Workflow design :
Analyzing business processes and designing efficient workflows within Workfront, including task dependencies, due dates, and automated notifications.
User management :
Managing user access levels, creating groups and teams, assigning job roles, and ensuring data security.
Reporting and analytics :
Creating dashboards and reports to track project progress, resource utilization, and key performance indicators.
Integration management (via Fusion) :
Integrating Workfront with other enterprise systems like AEM, Adobe Campaign, Seismic, ETC.
Training and support :
Providing end-user training on Workfront functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and answering user queries.
