* Ensure program's contractual deliverables are compliant and submitted on-time through independently researching, compiling, composing, and proofreading
* Work closely with project leads to collate program and technical information into reports, presentations, briefings, and other deliverables
* Collaborate with the Business Functional Area Leads, Program Managers, Financial Managers and Technical Leads to proactively monitor and report on program performance
* Represent the senior cyber director and the cybersecurity managers at various business forums
* Knowledge management lead with stakeholders for all cybersecurity requirements
* Use creativity to proactively generate intuitive, professional-level visuals representing operational, technical and programmatic statuses
* Assist leadership, project management and technical contributors with the protection of classified program information per applicable government requirements
* Ensure the correct security markings are applied on all program-related deliverables such as weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports, briefings for program reviews, program management and site-level meeting notes, and programmatic briefs and technical reports
* Coordination with human resources and procurement focused on workforce requirements enabling mission requirements
* Lead the cybersecurity program's workforce on-boarding process
* Operate, maintain and enhance electronic wiki impacting the enterprise program
* Willing to travel and work in secure closed classified areas

- Bachelor's degree: No experience.
- Master's degree: No experience.
- High school diploma: Minimum 8years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience in effectively communicating with all levels of management
- Successful candidates hired into a higher career level than the minimum in the range must meet the requirements listed in the job leveling charts for the career level into which they're being hired.
* Experience with virtual and collaborative Git-tools
* A demonstrated proficiency in tracking, monitoring and updating program schedules, milestones and/or contract deliverables
* Broad working knowledge of the National Nuclear Security Administration and cybersecurity functions and activities
* Professional certifications and community of practice professional memberships
* Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, One Note)
