What You'll Do
- This position will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, status reporting, and escalation of maintenance priority and scheduled work activities. This position will interface with support groups, customers, and all resources critical to completing maintenance activities for Production, Projects, BOP, Security and Emergency Services to address equipment/system upgrades, breakdowns, and work week schedules. This position will interface with Senior Leadership, as necessary, to accomplish safe, efficient, and compliant execution of maintenance activities with an end goal of increasing operational availability of production assets, systems, and facilities. This position will assist in development of priorities based on guidance from Production, Projects, and BOP managers.
- In addition, this position will report regularly upon maintenance planning an execution barrier encountered and will be responsible for developing/managing resolutions to overcome those barriers. This position will be responsible for the filed coordination and management of issues to ensure completion of maintenance work execution. This position will provide leadership to accomplish these goals. This position will be accountable for the creation of daily work execution schedules including establishing start-times with all required organizations, and will provide expeditious resolution to any schedule breaks.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- OR Master's degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- OR 10 years of relevant education, training, and/or progressive experience will be evaluated and considered for equivalency to these requirements
Preferred Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/science discipline
- Strong grasp of issues related to performing maintenance and operations work in production areas to strengthen the interface between Maintenance and Operations
- Candidate must be motivated and able to perform independently
- Proficient with Excel

Requires a Q clearance; however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required.
Position may require entry into Materials Access Areas (MAA) and participation in the Human Reliability Program (HRP). If HRP is required, candidate must complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph, pursuant to 10CFR 709. Medical requirements may apply.
