Position Overview :

Pantheon is looking for a talented and experienced Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. You will play a critical role in supporting our on-prem to AWS data migration effort.

Responsibilities :

• Support : You will focus on supporting the overall AWS environment to include services such as IAM policy management, monitoring, patching, incident response, logging, STIGs, etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues : You will analyze customer problems related to AWS services, diagnose root causes, and develop solutions to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• Provide technical guidance and support : You will act as a technical resource for customers, answering their questions, guiding them through troubleshooting steps, and configuring AWS services to meet their specific needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams : You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation : You will create and maintain clear and concise knowledge base articles and documentation to empower customers with self-service solutions.
• Stay current on AWS technologies : You will continuously learn and stay updated on the latest AWS services and features to provide the best possible support to customers.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education :

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Clearance Requirements :

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location :   United States - Remote

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $79,200 - $99,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
