Pantheon Data has partnered with the US Navy to modernize their HR enterprise. The project involves improving service delivery to Sailors, their families and future recruits through a holistic, end-to-end effort that will impact the Navy's "Hire-to-Retire" lifecycle. We are supporting the Navy's HR digital transformation through several lines of effort that include migrating data to the cloud, modernizing data & systems, developing improved workflows, developing enterprise security solutions, and developing a robust data strategy and governance structure. We will do this with a focus on implementing a seamless digital sailor experience, enabling data driven decision making, mitigating risks while improving business operations continuity, and improving operational efficiencies while optimizing costs. Additionally, Pantheon Data will incorporate its proprietary tools to enhance machine learning and robotic process automation.
Position Overview
Pantheon Data is searching for a highly experienced Sr. Salesforce Program Manager with expertise in Government Cloud and a proven record of working with federal clients. The Senior Salesforce Program Manager will be key in leading a team in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions customized to meet the unique needs and requirements of government agencies and federal organizations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce Government Cloud offerings, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for Department of Defense, Federal agencies and clients, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with federal clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements, security needs, and regulatory constraints.
- Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that address the specific challenges and objectives of government organizations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants.
- Lead multiple project delivery teams, manage conflicting priorities, and provide guidance to the teams.
- Lead technical design sessions, solution workshops, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to security protocols.
- Stay abreast of Salesforce Government Cloud updates, security enhancements, and compliance regulations to inform architectural decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to integrate Salesforce solutions with other government systems and applications.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and limitations as they pertain to government cloud deployments.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to federal clients, providing insights and recommendations on Salesforce architecture, roadmap planning, and optimization strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 15 years Salesforce configuration and consulting experience
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform architecture, design, and development.
- Extensive experience working with Salesforce Government Cloud and implementing solutions for federal clients.
- Deep understanding of Service Cloud, Salesforce Portal/Communities, Marketing Cloud, and deep knowledge in several AppExchange packages.
- Ability to design Enterprise/Large Scale solutions for Service Cloud, or Experience (Community) Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of government security standards, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security features, including platform encryption, field-level security, and role-based access controls.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with government stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Experience with solution design having multiple integrated systems.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred.
- Working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Hands-on experience in cloud migrations and enterprise business transformation efforts
- Experience implementing Salesforce solutions in AWS cloud environments. AWS certification(s) are a plus.
- Experience delivering integrated capabilities such as SSO and electronic signature functionality.
Clearance Requirements
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
