Position Overview
Pantheon Data and KGCCO are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist in staffing a call center supporting a federal agency contract and also conduct recruiting for Pantheon Data. This position, located in Tampa, FL is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain recruiting experience in a high-volume setting in addition to supporting corporate level recruiting. The right candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to see the bigger picture while proving their ability to work independently. This candidate will also be able to adapt quickly and effectively to changing workload requirements.
Responsibilities
- From July through December, assist in hiring over 700 customer service representatives for high-volume call center.
- From January through June, perform recruiting initiatives for the Pantheon Data division.
- Take ownership of the candidate experience including assessing candidates' skills compared to the job requirement, scheduling and conducting interviews, reviewing assessment results, making hiring recommendations for candidates, and responding to candidate emails/calls.
- Work closely with recruiting team to develop a robust candidate pipeline from a variety of sourcing methods.
- Assist with job fairs, candidate outreach and onboarding events in Tampa.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of call center to better inform candidates about job opportunity.
- Provide feedback to recruiting, HR, operations, and management teams regarding recruiting progress.
Required Skills and Experience
- Results-oriented and customer-service focused candidate with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Experienced in building networks to find qualified active/passive candidates.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Previous call center recruiting experience preferred.
- College degree a plus but not required.
- Previous experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS). iSolved iHire experience is a plus but not required.
Background
Candidate successfully complete a standard background check to include education and work history.
Work Location
Hybrid position based in Tampa, FL area. Time will be split between remote work and in-person attendance at recruiting events, including job fairs and onboarding days.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
