Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years, including infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. We have also grown our customer base to include commercial clients. The company has used this experience to expand our service offerings to other agencies within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Defense (DoD), and other Federal Civilian Agencies.
Position Overview
Pantheon is looking for a talented and experienced Mid-level UI / UX Designer to join our team. You will play a critical role in crafting user-centered experiences across all of our digital products.
Responsibilities
- Designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces : This includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that meet user needs and business goals.
- Conducting user research : You will work closely with applications to understand user needs and pain points, and translate those insights into actionable design solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams : You will partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
- Staying current on design trends and best practices : You will continuously learn and implement new design thinking methodologies to elevate the user experience.
- Creating and maintaining a design system : You will establish and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and efficiency across our product portfolio.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in UI / UX best practices.

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
