Skills and Requirements

· One year(s) of experience working with individuals with disabilities or in sales

· Proficient in Microsoft Word

· Effective time management and record keeping skills

· Competent written language skills

· Ability to work with minimal direct supervision

· Ability to stand while coaching at the job sites for 2 hours

· A valid driver's license is required along with a vehicle with current registration and insurance

· Candidate must be able to pass a background check

· Applicant must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

· Build a network of business contacts to create employment opportunities

· Apply "out-of-the-box" thinking to develop job leads

· Maintain an active caseload of clients providing individual services

· Access the strengths and talents of assigned clients

· Educate the community on the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities

· Effectively communicate with clients, families and other required agencies using a variety of platforms – phone, zoom, email and the like

· Provide training to clients to enhance job seeking skills such as interview prep, resume development, career searches and the like

· Create and monitor coaching plans for on-site job support, occasionally provide in person instruction

· Responsible for following HIPPA guidelines with all client information
