As a Job Coach, you will assist adults with mild to moderate disabilities inside and outside the workplace. You will foster their vocational development by providing compassion, guidance, support, instruction, and supervision.

Responsibilities

· Work cohesively with the Pantheon Vocational Team colleagues to foster a complete success plan for clients

· Must travel throughout Waukesha County to meet individuals with disabilities at a variety of work sites where you will support them on the job

· Observe clients' skills, offer positive reinforcement, and identify areas for improvement

· Be an advocate for the individuals whereby counseling and providing direction for them regarding workplace matters

· Maintain daily logs and monthly reports

Qualifications

· Required to drive to work sites within Waukesha County

· No previous experience in working with disabled individuals needed, just your desire to support and train others

· Ability to stand at the job site while coaching for 2 hours

· Candidates must be able to pass a background check

· A valid driver's license is required as well as having a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance

· High school diploma or GED is required

· Possess a positive attitude with good oral communication skills

· Competent written communication skills

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals with disabilities, family members, social workers, employers, and others positively and constructively.
