Panther Heating & Cooling is looking for an exceptional HVAC Installer ready to join a team-oriented, locally owned company focused on customer service.
Job Title : HVAC Helper
Work Hours : 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional Overtime
Primary Job Responsibilities :
Perform installations of HVAC equipment, ductwork and accessories.
Installation of gas piping, venting hoods and other HVAC related jobs
Ensure each job meets code requirements and Panther standards
Assist Install Lead in maintaining a stocked and clean company truck
Provide exceptional customer service for every customer
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications :
2 years HVAC Install Experience
Advanced customer service skills
Ability to multi-task
Organized
Geographical knowledge of sales area or map reading skills
Mechanical ability to work with tools
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Excellent verbal skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Energetic personality
Well organized and ability to work independently
Physical Demands :
Constantly required to walk about
Constantly required to maintain balance while walking, standing or crouching
Constantly required to reach up and out with hands and arms
Constantly required to stoop, kneel or crouch
Occasionally required to push, pull or lift up to 75lbs
Constantly use hands to grasp objects, pick up objects, move objects or hold objects
Regularly required to stand for long periods of time
Constantly identifies and detects written information on equipment labels, written communication, form and other labels / documents
Routinely required to climb and work from ladders
Routinely required to work in extreme heat or cold (seasonal)
