Position Purpose:
As a member of the Information Systems Department, the System/Application Analyst will provide technical expertise in support of daily PANTHERx operations. This position will focus on supporting the enterprise applications used by PANTHERx staff. The System/Application Analyst will act as liaison between PANTHERx and 3rd party application developers/support staff as well as well as providing a great customer experience at the end-user level.Responsibilities:
- Developing a complete understanding of the SWFT/CPR applications to provide ongoing support for PANTHERx users
- Acting as liaison between the developers and PANTHERx users
- Monitoring and troubleshooting standard system jobs
- Working with PANTHERx users to document and track proposed system enhancements and upgrades
- Working with vendors and PANTHERx users to test and implement enhancements as needed
- Continually maintaining application performance through system monitoring and analysis. Working with vendors for performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks, operating and system management systems
- Preparing and supporting users by designing and conducting training programs
- Off-hours work may be required during maintenance/outage windows
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of technical client support experience with an enterprise software company.
- Experience with Network Technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, Remote Desktop), Server and Desktop OS Knowledge.
- Experience with SQL Server 2005 to 2008 R2, Web Applications and Infrastructure.
- Experience in healthcare insurance industry preferred.
