Job Role: Business Analyst - Oracle

Location: Birmingham, AL(Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement).
Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend Oracle-based solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
2. System Implementation and Optimization:
Assist in Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Configure Oracle ERP modules to align with business requirements.
Develop test plans, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
3. Project Management:
Manage end-to-end Oracle ERP projects, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and time constraints.
4. User Training and Support:
Provide training to end-users on Oracle ERP functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle ERP systems.
Develop user documentation, including guides and FAQs.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact between the business and technical teams.
Work closely with Oracle developers, database administrators, and other IT personnel.
Maintain strong relationships with Oracle vendors and external consultants.
6. Data and Reporting:
Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Oracle ERP.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the system.
7. Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure Oracle ERP systems comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on Oracle ERP trends, updates, and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
3-5 years of experience working with Oracle ERP systems.
Hands-on experience with Oracle modules like Financials, SCM, or HCM is preferred.
Proven track record of successful ERP implementations or upgrades.
• Skills:
Strong understanding of Oracle ERP architecture and functionalities.
Proficiency in SQL and Oracle reporting tools.
