Knowledge, Skill & Competency Requirements:
· Strong understanding of citrix virtual apps and desktops, citrix gateway, and virtualization technologies, with hands-on experience in citrix migrations being a plus.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, etc) and the integration with Citrix solutions, including knowledge of IAAS and cloud security best practices
· Basic understanding of networking (VPN, firewalls, load balancers), server infra, and enpoint management to effectively oversee the migration process and coordinate with technical teams
· Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
· Skilled in the use of Microsoft Project
· Experience in formal techniques of risk management
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Experience collaborating and providing project leadership in cross-functional teams
· Excellent relationship management skills
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· 5 years of IT delivery management experience
· PMP certification or other formal project management training preferred
· Citrix VDI cloud migration experience preferred
