Field Service Engineer

Location : San Diego, CA (Remote with periodic travel) $25 / hr on W2

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot, install, and perform preventative maintenance on cutting-edge diagnostic equipment.
  • Provide technical training to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain service records and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the success of our service team while working independently in a remote role.

Required

What We're Looking For :

  • Associate degree or equivalent military experience (Bachelor’s or technical degree preferred).
  • 1 year experience with mechanical, electromechanical, or robotics equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and technical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and travel within assigned geography.

  • 2 years of advanced technical experience.
  • Background in biomed, engineering, or related technical fields.
  • Proven ability to build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
