Responsibilities
- Develop and execute daily social media content strategies to engage customers and promote the agency.
- Go out to local businesses and community events to market services and build relationships.
- Organize and participate in community events to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
- Make cold calls and solicit business from various sources to drive new customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns that drive new business.
Requirements
- Strong creativity and ability to generate engaging content.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
