HR & Payroll Representative
Location: Paonia, CO
Pay: $20-24
Status: Full-Time

We’re looking for an HR & Payroll Representative who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and ready to support our team with accurate payroll, HR coordination, and excellent employee experience.

Responsibilities
- Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time
- Coordinate staff schedules, timekeeping, and attendance records
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Support employee relations and assist with conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and payroll systems
- Partner with department heads to address staffing and retention needs
- Assist with employee engagement, recognition, and communication initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in HR and/or payroll (SNF or healthcare preferred)
- Proficiency with payroll systems, timekeeping software, and HRIS platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
