WHAT YOU’LL DO:
In this Credit Specialist role, you will provide crucial support to the Finance Manager in all of the department’s credit collection activities, as well as acting as the go-to person for training team members on company policies and legal requirements. Your daily activities in this role will consist of the following:
- Participating in new hire training to Credit Administrators.
- Filing claims for credit card chargebacks.
- Filing and tracking all bankruptcies and 3rd Party Collections.
- Creating and processing Charge Offs.
- Submitting Reserves Requests
- Working directly with attorneys for assigned collections.
- Assigning and processing Truck Liens with attorneys.
- Processing and scheduling auctions as needed.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and providing recommendations for financing requests through Pacific Rim Funding.
- Producing monthly Aging Report for Pacific Rim Funding
- Working directly with General Managers and Finance Managers as needed.
- John Deere Financial OTC User Administrator
- Setting up new customer accounts as needed.
- Providing customer assistance for copies of invoices and questions on customer accounts as requested.
- Accepting payment on accounts as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Compensation: $29-32/hr (Depending on Experience)
