WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Greet customers and assist them with their repair and parts needs.
- Use your expertise (and our tools) to identify parts and solutions for customers.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and provide top-notch service.
- Stay sharp on products, services, and pricing to confidently answer any questions.
- Accurately complete paperwork, process quotes, and finalize transactions.
- Handle credits, adjustments, and restocking with ease and efficiency.
- Keep work orders organized and invoices up to date.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- A self-motivated, assertive go-getter with outstanding customer service skills.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A professional with 3 years of experience in heavy-duty truck parts counter sales.
- A communicator who can connect with customers in person and over the phone to recommend products and services.
- A detail-oriented problem solver with strong organizational skills and inventory knowledge.
Compensation: $22-27/hr (Depending on Experience)
