Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lakewood, WA for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing customer-focused service and support. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, maintaining communication with customers, coordinating aftersales services, and ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
