Customer Service Advisor (Heavy Equipment Parts & Service Sales):
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell heavy equipment parts and service to customers to ensure their equipment is running in peak form
• Develop and execute sales action plans to meet or exceed sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Self-motivation and a desire to win
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment industry
• Knowledge of heavy equipment parts and service
• Driver's license with a good driving record
